Quick facts Simple to use - just warm in a microwave. Can be reheated hundreds of times. Do NOT immerse in water or wash in the washing machine - surface clean only with a damp sponge. The product should stay warm for 40-45 minutes depending on the range and ambient room temperature.
For Cold: Simply place the entire product within a grip seal freezer bag and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
