We are looking for responsible candidates to work from our store located at 9 Steinwehr Avenue. While we do offer flexibility in scheduling, candidates will need to work some evenings and weekend shifts. Compensation is based off experience and commitment to the company.

Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent and friendly customer service. Model and promote an amazing personal service.
- Ensure a fast and efficient register experience, remain current on policies regarding payments, coupon acceptance, returns and exchanges, security practices and other applicable operations.
- Signs up clients for reward program.
- Build and maintain a solid customer following
- Knows current product fit and style assortment offerings in store and on line.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management.
Qualifications:
- Retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Excellent Communications and Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management
- Phone Etiquette
- Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required
- Must be able to work in a team and fast paced environment
