Frozen yogurt popsicles are an easy, two-ingredient recipe that's perfect for a hot summer day. These sweet frozen treats can be customized with your favorite flavor of jam and take just 5 minutes of prep.
Servings: 6 three ounce popsicles
Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup strawberry jam or your favorite flavor
Instructions
-
In a large bowl, add yogurt and jam. Gently stir ingredients to partial combine and create a jam swirl throughout.
-
Pour or spoon into popsicle molds, leaving ½" of space at the top for expansion when freezing. (or follow your specific popsicle mold directions)
-
Freeze for 4 to 6 hours or overnight. Run popsicle mold under warm water to help release popsicles. Enjoy.
-
Wrap extra popsicles in wax paper, then store in a freezer safe bag or container.
Notes
- Storage: Popsicles will keep for 1 month or more when stored in a tightly sealed, freezer safe container.
- For creamier popsicles: Use a higher fat content yogurt. Low or no fat yogurt results in an icy popsicle.
- Jam substitution: Jam can be substituted with your favorite Rosie's flavor of jam.
- Yogurt substitution: Vanilla yogurt can be substituted with other flavors to make your own popsicle flavor - try blueberry, peach, or mixed berry.
